Using BuildingPRO

Use the portal only for authorized BuildingPRO business, service, employment, customer, and property activity. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information.

Approvals and records

Drafts, AI suggestions, schedules, estimates, and financial information require the approvals shown in the application. Do not treat an unapproved draft as a final agreement.

AI-assisted service

BuildingPRO uses AI to interpret instructions, organize information, prepare recommendations, and advance authorized workflows. Users remain responsible for required review, professional judgment, legal compliance, and approvals identified by the service.

Pilot participation and analytics

Free pilot workspaces require acceptance of the separate Data Participation Agreement. It explains pilot diagnostics, de-identified benchmarking, Trusted Market Observatory research, and commercial analytics. Paid-service participation in shared benchmarking or commercial analytics will be governed by the choices presented for that subscription.

Independent business decisions

Market observations and pricing recommendations are informational. Contractors must independently determine their prices, scope, terms, staffing, and business decisions. BuildingPRO may not be used to coordinate bids or prices among competitors.

Retailer and product information

Product descriptions, availability, images, and prices may come from authorized retailer integrations, participating users, or attributed public sources. Availability and price can change. Users must verify products, measurements, stock, taxes, delivery, and suitability before purchasing. BuildingPRO does not authorize automated access that violates a retailer's terms.

Acceptable use

Do not access another organization’s information, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, or use the portal to misrepresent work, expenses, evidence, or authorization.

BuildingPRO Client Job Communications text program

After separately opting in, you may receive recurring automated transactional text messages from BuildingPRO about your service request or job, including appointments, estimates, work progress, change orders, invoices, and related payment activity. Marketing or promotional messages are not included in this consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For assistance, reply HELP or contact info@restorpro.co. To cancel, reply STOP. A confirmation will acknowledge the cancellation, and no additional program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
