Why the free pilot collects data

The free BuildingPRO pilot is a research and product-development program. Participants receive pilot access in exchange for using the service in real workflows, identifying failures, and permitting the uses described here.

Information included

BuildingPRO may process workflow actions, AI instructions and interpretations, estimates, pricing evidence, negotiation events, product selections, schedules, job costs, change orders, invoices, payments, completion outcomes, service quality, diagnostic evidence, and the timing and sequence of those events.

Private operational use

Identifiable company, customer, property, communication, media, receipt, and job information remains within the authorized operational and support boundaries described in the Privacy Notice. BuildingPRO uses it to provide, test, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

Trusted Market Observatory

BuildingPRO may derive de-identified and aggregated observations for benchmarking, research, product improvement, and commercial analytics. These products may be provided or sold to third parties. They will not disclose a participating company, customer, individual job, address, recording, receipt, active bid, negotiated supplier agreement, or reconstructable pricing strategy.

Independent pricing

BuildingPRO reports historical observations and individualized decision support. Each contractor remains responsible for independently setting its own prices, scope, terms, and business decisions. The service must not be used to coordinate prices among competitors.

AI and approvals

AI may interpret information, prepare recommendations, and advance permitted workflows. Actions requiring approval remain subject to the clearance shown in the application. AI output may be incomplete and must be reviewed where indicated.

Pilot participation

This agreement is required for free pilot access. A participant may stop future pilot participation by closing the pilot account, subject to legal retention, security evidence, completed transaction records, and de-identified observations that can no longer reasonably be linked to the participant.
