Information we use

BuildingPRO uses account, contact, property, job, schedule, communication, photo, video, audio, receipt, location, estimate, negotiation, product-selection, cost, payment, outcome, interaction, and financial-workflow information needed to provide and document services.

How information is used

Information supports scheduling, estimates, jobs, expenses, billing, customer service, safety, quality control, reporting, and authorized AI assistance.

Operational data and observatory data

Identifiable operational records are kept within the authorized company, customer, service-provider, and support boundaries needed to provide the service. Qualified observations may be transformed into de-identified and aggregated statistics for product improvement, benchmarking, research, and commercial analytics as described by the applicable participation agreement or subscription choice.

De-identification safeguards

BuildingPRO does not disclose subscriber names, customer identities, exact addresses, recordings, receipts, individual jobs, active bids, or reconstructable company pricing strategies in Trusted Market Observatory products. We use aggregation thresholds, suppression, access controls, recipient restrictions, and commitments not to re-identify de-identified data.

Your choices

Free pilot participation is governed by the Pilot Data Participation Agreement. Paid users will receive separate controls for company-private learning and optional shared benchmarking or commercial analytics. Privacy, access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests may be submitted using the contact below, subject to legal and transactional retention requirements.

Text-message privacy

When you separately choose to receive BuildingPRO Client Job Communications by text, we use your mobile number and consent record only to provide requested transactional messages about your service request or job, including appointments, estimates, work progress, change orders, invoices, and related payment activity. This program does not send marketing messages.

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver and support the messaging service.

Text-message consent is voluntary, applies only to the program described at the point of opt-in, and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

Access and protection

Access is limited by organization membership, role, individual permissions, and record context. Historical transactions are preserved separately from current profile information.
